We offer FREE domestic US ground shipping on all orders. To get free shipping, please select 'FREE Shipping' at checkout. You can also opt for expedited shipping options at checkout for an additional charge.

Returns & Refunds

To initiate your return, please drop us an email at hello@doplnok.com and someone from our team will be happy to assist you. Shipping charges for options other than 'FREE Shipping' are non-refundable. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. All returns are fully refunded in the original payment method within 3-5 days of returned items reaching our warehouse.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. You can simply return your item for a refund and repurchase a new item of your choice. As always, shipping and returns are free.
